Open Settings in the sidebar. What you enter here shapes which keywords Gofylo picks and what your articles say. Changes apply to articles written from then on.
Business
- Company Name, Company Website and Company Description tell Gofylo what you do. Keep the description accurate: articles describe your business from it.
- Country and Content Language set your market: the country your articles are written for and the language they are written in.
- Keyword Instructions is an optional standing rule for which keywords to pick, not how to write them. For example: "We only serve UK clients. Skip anything US-specific."
- Get more from your articles, at the top, lists what is left to set up: facts only you have, Search Console and your blog connection. Each item opens the place to do it, and the list goes away once the needed ones are done. Connecting your blog is optional.
Your email address cannot be changed here.
Audience and Competitors
- Target Audience says who your articles are written for.
- Competitor URLs lists up to 7 competitors. Gofylo uses them to find keywords you can win. Articles do not link to competitors or use their pages as sources, except in comparison articles where readers expect them.
Google Search Console
Connect Search Console to see how your articles rank and to let Gofylo improve the ones that slip. See Connect Google Search Console. If the tab says Search Console is coming soon, it is not available on your account yet.
Catalog
Product Catalog lists the products and services Gofylo found on your site. Articles mention the top 5, so put the ones that earn you the most at the top. Add anything missing.
Knowledge
Under Your material, add brochures, case studies, programmes, results sheets, newsletters or notes. Gofylo pulls out the facts, and you approve the ones to use. Articles then use the approved facts as first-hand experience, with every number exactly as you wrote it. Files are read once and not kept. How many sources you can add depends on your plan.
Account
Account shows your plan. From here you can also turn product and growth emails on or off, and open Manage team members to invite colleagues.
