At the end of setup, click Start your free trial and Gofylo shows Choose your plan. Without a plan, you can open it again from Settings: open Account, then click Choose a plan.
Choose your plan
Each plan is for one brand and one website, with unlimited teammates:
- Starter: 10 articles a month and 50 tracked searches.
- Pro: 20 articles a month and 150 tracked searches.
- Business: 30 articles a month and 350 tracked searches.
On every plan, three of the six AI engines check your tracked searches every day and the other three once a week: How often each topic is asked.
To pay yearly, turn on Pay yearly · 2 months free on the plan. Then click Start 7-day free trial on the plan you want. You finish on a secure checkout page, and come straight back to Gofylo.
Only an admin of your workspace can choose or change the plan. Teammates see the plan, not the buttons.
The free trial
- It lasts 7 days and needs a card. Nothing is charged until it ends.
- It includes 3 articles and 20 tracked searches, whatever the plan.
- As soon as your content plan is ready, your top 10 searches are asked on all six AI engines, so the first answers arrive within minutes. On the trial's 4th day, all 20 are asked on all six. The daily checks start on the day your plan does.
- We email you 3 days before it ends, with the date and the amount.
- To stop before the first charge, cancel in Manage billing. Nothing is charged, and your account stays on until the trial ends. We stop checking your searches at once.
One free trial per website. A website that already had one goes straight to Subscribe.

Change plan or billing period
In Settings, open Account and click Change plan. Pick Monthly or Yearly, click Choose on a plan, read what changes, then click Confirm change.
- A bigger plan in the same billing period starts at once. You pay the difference for the rest of the period today, and we show the amount before you confirm.
- A smaller plan, or a switch between monthly and yearly, starts when the period you paid for ends. Until then you keep your plan, and Account shows the change and its date. Changed your mind? Next to it, click Keep followed by your plan's name.
- During the free trial, a change applies at once and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
- If your card doesn't go through, your plan stays as it was. Click Pay the difference, or update your card in Manage billing and try again.
- Your tracked searches follow the new plan from the next day's checks. During the free trial, they stay at 20.
Only an admin of your workspace can change the plan.
Card and invoices
In Settings, open Account and click Manage billing to update your card or billing details and download your invoices.
Cancel
In Manage billing, click Cancel subscription, pick a reason and click Continue to cancellation, then Cancel subscription. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then stops.
Changed your mind? Until that day, open Manage billing, click Don't cancel subscription, then Renew subscription.
If a payment fails
A notice at the top of every page says so, and we email you a link to update the card.
- Update your card opens Manage billing: click Update payment method and choose or add a card. The payment goes through at once.
- After a renewal fails, your plan stays on for 7 days while we try the card again. After that, new articles pause until the payment goes through.
- The first payment after the free trial has no extra days: if it fails, new articles pause until the card is updated.
- If the payment still doesn't go through after the last try, the plan ends. Choose a plan starts a new one.
