Open Members in the sidebar. It lists everyone who can use your account. Inviting someone costs nothing extra.
Invite someone
- Click Invite member. Only an admin sees this button.
- Type their email address and choose their role:
- Member can write articles and see all your content.
- Admin can do everything, including billing and inviting others.
- Click Send invite.
They get an email with a link to join, which works for 7 days. If the email can't be sent, the page shows the link: copy it and send it to them yourself.
Invites not accepted yet are listed under Pending invites, with when each one expires. Click Revoke to cancel one.
Choose which sites someone sees
When your account has more than one site, each person's row shows All sites or the sites they can see. Click it to choose. Someone limited to one site sees only that site's articles, keywords and settings.
Remove someone
Click Remove on their row and confirm. They can no longer sign in to your account. Articles they wrote stay where they are.
